Raspberry tiramisu
Ingredients
Approximately 40 sponge cake
Strong espresso
250g Mascarpone
100g sour cream
Sweetener
Vanilla pod
Purple Carrot Powder
250g raspberries
Procedure
Mix the mascarpone, sour cream, Vanilla Pod, Purple Carrot Powder and sweetener together thoroughly. Mash the raspberries. Dip the biscuits in the coffee and place in the bottom of the tin. Place the cream on top, then the raspberries, biscuits again, cream biscuits and finally sprinkle the Purple Carrot over the sieve. Decorate and put in the fridge to rest.
